Even the Sheep Had To Check It Out, -- As Long As It Never Turned To Look At Them.
While I was at the sale they ran this llama in and said it was a gelding so I got it. Never knew for sure what I was doing but at least I ended up with it for $40.00. Didn’t figure I could go to wrong at that price. They had 3 others but were all males and I wanted their undivided attention. I hoped he would ride in the back of the little truck ok but he was lying down before I got out of the parking lot. I drove right out into the pasture with the other animals and the donkey took note right away and had to bray as he came around the truck to see what this new thing was. The donkey never seemed to mind getting spat at where the calf didn’t seem to like it and would lunge away. One by one the different kinds of animals had to get up close and smell and see what this new thing was. The llama never seemed to care about them unless they got too close, but it does do a lot of looking around and watching. It wasn’t long and they all went about eating and not paying the llama any mind.
